Order and production process
Step 1... Inquiry
Send an inquiry including bottleneck dimensions, preferred design, the material of bottle stopper, quantity, effect you want to achieve or problem you want to solve. Contact us today!
Step 2... Propose Solution
We will propose possible solutions which depends on your need, and then we will provide quotes of sampling/tooling cost including the cost of per unit. The quotation list will be clear at a glance.
Step 3... Sampling
In this step, ASTRID bottle stopper technology team will make a tech drawing on your needs first. Then trying sampling to make the drawing into real product. Then confirm samples with you.
Step 4... Adjustment
Adjustment is an inevitable work. So we have to identify problems or make possible adjustment to get a premium bottle stopper.
Step 5... Manufacturing
After all adjustment done. We are about to start mass production in strict accordance with customer requirements.
Step 6... Ship & After-sale
